Petit's HALO is a DBHDS Licensed provider of Developmental Disabilities Services, offering Residential Group Homes for adults and In-Home Services for individuals in the Stafford, Virginia area. It is our belief that everyone deserves to experience a full and enriching life. Our services are designed to brighten the lives of the individuals in our care and offer compassionate solutions for families looking to give their loved ones the support they need. Through our Group Home and In-Home Services, we meet individuals at their level to offer the support necessary for them to follow their interests, and provide opportunities to discover new passions. All while making sure their medical needs are fully taken care of.
Our Group Homes
We embrace the unique needs and personalities of each of our residents. That’s why we tailor our services to suit each person rather than using a one size fits all approach. We work with closely with Support Coordinators to craft a plan that will provide comfort as well as the necessary assistance, and keep families involved in and up to date regarding their loved one’s progress. Exploration and new experiences are important, which is why we provide opportunities for our residents to discover new interests through outings, activities, and socialization while adhering to the guidelines set out in their care plan.
Our In-Home Care
Caring for individuals at home comes with its own challenges. Petit’s HALO offers assistance to families looking for that extra bit of help to make sure their loved ones get everything they need. Using our Group Home program as a guide, our In-Home program includes fun outings, behaviour correction, help with medication administration, and opportunities to socialise with our Group Homes residents to encourage a rich life inside the home and out.
